Saffron Walden RFC Youth Registration is on
7th September 2008 starting at 10 a.m.
This will also be the first training session of the new season. We look
forward to seeing existing members, and are always keen to welcome new
players (boys and girls of all backgrounds and abilities). Please download
and complete the registration form to save time on the day.

The club operates squads from U6 to U17. The minimum age is 5 (if you turn 5
during the course of the season you are welcome to join up at that time). We
train every Sunday at our Henham ground, and play regular matches against
other local clubs. Players in the U6, 7 and 8 age groups play non-contact
TAG rugby. From U9 contact skills are progressively introduced.
The club's ground at Henham has facilities that include 4 pitches, car
parking, changing rooms, showers and a fully equipped clubhouse and coffee
bar.
The club enjoys a partnership with Saracens, with reduced price entry to
home matches as well as coaching from Saracens Academy coaches and
professional players.
Saracens Club Partnership Programme
The
Saracens Club Partnership Programme is
designed to build strong relationships between Saracens and local rugby
clubs in the north London area. Saracens are committed to the development of
the game and believe that the most effective way of achieving this is in
partnership with the local rugby community. We have recently agreed to
become a Partner Club, and will soon be reaping the benefits, such as the
