are in Cup semi-finals. 1st XV vs Tonbridge Juddian (at home, RFU
Int. Cup) 2nd XV vs St Ives II (at home, Green King Premier Cup) &
3rd XV vs Biggleswade III (away in Green King Deuxime Cup) Both
Henham games kick off at 3pm, in time to then watch the Calcutta Cup
game in the bar.

Thursday 18th March at 8.30p.m to talk
Performance Improvement. Injury Prevention & Treatment.
They will give tips on things you can do to help improve you speed,
co-ordination, posture and balance and things you can do to help
avoid injury and unnecessary time away from training & matches. They
will also tell you how chiropractic treatment can help avoid injury
& improve your sports performance. The talk will last for about 45
mins including time for questions. All welcome.
