Saffron Walden RFC Youth Registration is on 7th September 2008 starting at 10 a.m. This will also be the first training session of the new season so please bring gear for a normal training session, including trainers if the ground is very hard. We look forward to seeing existing members, and are always keen to welcome new players (boys and girls of all backgrounds and abilities).

The club operates squads from U6 to U17. The minimum age is 5 (if you turn 5 during the course of the season you are welcome to join up at that time).

Existing members should have received a letter, but if not, please click here to see it.  Please download and complete the registration form and bring it with you on the day. We also need you to bring 2 passport sized photos of each player, and your subscription which you can pay by cash, cheque (made out to SWRFC) or by credit/debit card.

We train every Sunday at our Henham ground, and play regular matches against other local clubs. Players in the U6, 7 and 8 age groups play non-contact TAG rugby. From U9 contact skills are progressively introduced.
